The Ga-Sekhaolelo traditional council has requested support from AAP towards the construction of their community hall for holding traditional meetings etc.
AAP is commissioning this study and design work to determine feasibility (scope and estimates) as well as prepare for the necessary internal approvals and construction of the facility. The hall to be designed is to have an estimated seated carrying capacity of 100-150 people. The scope is limited to the design of the building structure, site development planning and electrical power supply to the building including lighting, and design.
